Job Responsibilities:
•Sell new or pre-driven automobiles by understanding customer requirements
•Develop KIA and competitive product knowledge, product certification by using KIA's Virtual Accademy
•Utilize client relationship management tools to input customer information and follow up with business opportunities
•Use the selling cycle to understand customer requirments and close sales with the goal of maximizing profitability, revenue, customer satisfaction and customer retention
•Interact with Business Development Center to follow-up on sales opportunities
•Maintain industry leading customer satisfaction index
